Mr. Hager brings a broad range of experience to the Niedweske Barber litigation team. Over the course of his career, which includes a judicial clerkship in the Law Division for the Superior Court of New Jersey and more than seven years of high profile litigation experience at the large New Jersey law firm Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, Mr. Hager has tried cases in both the state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of New Jersey. These cases include the following:

  • Whistleblower retaliation under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act
  • Disability discrimination under the Americans With Disabilities Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination
