She has served as a hearing officer for disputes involving Essex County, New Jersey employees.

Ms. Niedweske represents both individuals and companies with regard to labor and employment-related matters, and has extensive experience in the following areas:
Ms. Niedweske concentrates her law practice on the prevention of employment-related disputes. She regularly advises corporate clients on the benefits of proactive, rather than reactive, management, and conducts seminars and lectures on the topic for their managers and employees. She provides similar services for advisory organizations such as the Society For Human Resource Managers, Lorman Educational Services, the New Jersey Medical Society, and New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association.
