Welcome to the PSE&G Pension Lawsuit Participation Section. Because of the number of individuals potentially affected by this lawsuit, Plaintiffs' counsel has developed the following questionnaire to assist people who feel they may have a stake in the outcome. As alleged in the Class Action Complaint, PSE&G has been mischaracterizing certain employees as "independent contractors" and thus depriving these individuals of employee benefits. These employee benefits include pensions, health insurance, and disability insurance. If you worked with PSE&G or any of its affiliated companies including all temporary labor firms and firms providing so-called independent contractors and you were not provided with these types of benefits, you may wish to consider filling out this questionnaire. Filling out this questionnaire is strictly voluntary and all information disclosed may be used in the lawsuit. All information provided will only be used for purposes of evaluating your eligibility for pensions and participation in this class action.
