Mr. Morgan served as a special education teacher for 23 years, and was awarded Special Education Teacher of the Year in 1982 by the NYC Board of Education. He also has been the Director of Special Education and Principal for several New Jersey school districts. Additionally, Mr. Morgan is an experienced psychotherapist and learning consultant on several child study teams.
Mr. Morgan is a member of the New Jersey Principal and Supervisors Association, Counsel for Exceptional Children and multiple organizations regarding autism and learning disabilities. He regularly presents lectures and seminars on parents’ and children's rights in special and general education.

Mr. Morgan represents and advocates for children with disabilities from birth through age 21. He has extensive experience working with public school districts to choose the most effective programs for disabled children, and if necessary, design appropriate accommodations and modifications. He also is committed to ensuring that State and Federal Statutes and Codes are being adhered to. Mr. Morgan's experience and expertise extend to:
Mr. Morgan directs his work to the prevention of problems through early intervention, and to designing effective and dynamic educational and psychological programs. His focus is on guiding children with disabilities toward diminished behaviors, and ideally, independence. Mr. Morgan believes strongly that "all children can learn, but do so in different ways."
